My first concern before getting a DIY guide for solar panels was getting scammed. I’m not very savvy, so I wanted to be sure that I would use the DIY guide and assemble the solar panels without pulling out my hair. If you don’t have time to read this whole thing, check out this quick write up comparing the top DIY solar panel guides out there. Could I depend on the Do It Yourself green manuals to really show me how to make a solar panel?
I was sure that I went over all the different brands, including, but not limited to Power4Home, and Earth 4 Energy. It seems like the one thing in common all of them had was a money-back guarantee. Some had different time periods though. I knew from experience that saying one thing is easy. But actually following through with their guarantee was where I was wary about. I did the next best thing and that was to see what other people had going on.
I steered clear of those pages that were merely trying to sell me stuff. I was surprised to find out that some of the companies I was looking at didn’t even bother with customer support and didn’t get great scores. There were a handful who got their money back After reading the reviews, I cross off my list one by one to see which ones didn’t live up to my standards. I was left with about 2 DIY manuals that were still good.

How difficult would it be to make a solar panel?
The second biggest worry for me was if I was able to put together the solar panels on my own. I didn’t even go to college and barely graduated from high school. In fact, I work in a grocery store and that’s got to be the least technical job ever.
Before I unk my money into the guide, I needed to be absolutely sure that I could handle it and build the solar panels myself. I didn’t want to fully believe the site when they said that even a sixteen year old could build it. They could have been making that up. I wanted a point of view that was unbiased and not out to get something.
I had no idea how hard it really was to make a solar panel so I asked people in a green forum that I participate in. I got the feedback from other people about that they thought and their experiences.
I didn’t want to worry anymore and just know for sure that I could make my own solar panel I got in an in-depth conversation with some forum people to find out that some actually tried these DIY energy projects.
